It is designed for organizations that want to build a stronger pipeline of senior, promotion-ready women leaders and for individual leaders preparing for C-suite, board, or expanded leadership roles. The program develops executive presence, strategic influence, decision-making confidence, and leadership identity through a structured journey anchored in TheMentorPark’s proprietary SHIFT™ Framework.

Above & Beyond is designed for women leaders operating at senior manager, director, vice president, and CXO levels across industries such as technology, finance, consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing. It is equally relevant for enterprises - CHROs, DEI leads, and L&D heads - who want to accelerate their high-potential women talent into senior leadership roles. The program supports both individual enrolment and enterprise cohorts seeking to strengthen their women leadership pipeline.

Above & Beyond is intended for women professionals with at least 10 years of experience who are currently in leadership roles or actively preparing for one. Participants typically include senior managers, directors, VPs, and CXOs from across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. The program is also suited for women leaders considering an entrepreneurial path, returning after a career break, or navigating a significant role transition. Enrolment is open to both individuals and corporate cohorts.

Above & Beyond is built to deliver measurable outcomes - 79% of participants gain a promotion or expanded role within 12 months of completing the program, and 100% report being able to directly apply program learnings at work. The program also holds a 5/5 program rating and a 4.65/5 facilitator score. The Above & Beyond curriculum is delivered over 4 months journey, covering eight critical leadership shift areas: breaking barriers, confident communication, leadership mindset, mastering tough talks, strategic visibility, self-advocacy, growth through mentorship and sponsorship, and executive presence. The journey begins with foundational clarity on strengths, values, and leadership style, then advances into overcoming self-limiting beliefs, building resilience, and developing the transformational mindset required for senior leadership roles. It includes CXO fireside chat, online masterclass on Executive Presence and two 1:1 coaching connects.

Most women leadership programs are broad in audience and surface-level in approach. Above & Beyond is purpose-built for experienced women with 10+ years of leadership experience and addresses the specific challenges they face - navigating bias, breaking the glass ceiling, building executive presence in male-dominated environments, and converting potential into senior-role readiness. It is also one of the few programs anchored in a proprietary leadership framework (SHIFT™) and delivered by practitioners who have themselves operated at CXO and board levels.

Above & Beyond is led by a curated faculty of senior practitioners and coaches. The program is anchored by Valerie Sinha, Founder of TheMentorPark and a Columbia Business School alumna with 25 years of talent transformation experience at Cipla, Mahindra, Tata, and GE. She is joined by Sukirti, a communications trainer, and MICA passout who has worked as Marketing head and trained 1,000+ leaders across India.

Above & Beyond is delivered as a structured two-day immersive experience with an optional third day for deeper application and integration. The format combines facilitated workshops, peer learning, executive coaching, real-world case discussions, and mentor interactions. It can be delivered in-person or virtually, and is offered for individuals as well as small group cohorts of 4-5 or 6-10 participants - making it adaptable to both individual professional development and enterprise-led leadership journeys.

Engagements typically begin with a discovery conversation to understand the organisation’s leadership pipeline goals, the cohort profile, and the desired business outcomes - after which a tailored program structure is proposed. Group enrolments are available for cohorts of 4-5 and 6-10 participants, with custom-built journeys for larger organisations.

Returning to senior leadership after a career break - whether for maternity, caregiving, or other personal reasons - requires more than skill refreshment. It requires rebuilding professional identity, restoring confidence, and recalibrating to current workplace expectations. Above & Beyond supports returnees through structured coaching on executive presence, self-advocacy, stakeholder visibility, and leadership mindset - helping them re-enter at the level of seniority their experience deserves rather than starting over.

Above & Beyond approaches the glass ceiling from two angles: individual capability and organisational dynamics. On the individual side, participants build the executive presence, strategic visibility, self-advocacy, and tough-conversation skills that determine who gets promoted at senior levels. On the dynamics side, the program equips women leaders to navigate bias, manage perception, build sponsorship, and assert influence in rooms that may not automatically defer to them - turning systemic barriers into navigable challenges rather than career ceilings.

SHIFT™ is TheMentorPark’s proprietary leadership framework that anchors all Women in Leadership programs, including Above & Beyond. It is designed to help experienced women leaders make the internal and external shifts required to operate effectively at senior levels - moving beyond doing-the-work to shaping-the-work, building executive identity, and translating capability into visible business impact. The framework is built on insights from TheMentorPark’s research with 50+ women leaders across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and is delivered by practitioners with first-hand senior leadership experience.

Yes. Above & Beyond extends well beyond the workshop format. Participants are introduced to a peer cohort of ambitious women leaders, access to TheMentorPark’s curated network of CXO mentors and coaches, and are invited into TheMentorPark’s women leadership community - a long-term platform for peer support, knowledge exchange, and sponsorship. Considering that 90% of women in TheMentorPark’s research said a strong network is essential to leadership success, this community layer is central to the program’s long-term impact.
