MentorPark taps into the deep expertise of veteran leaders from India’s biggest organisations such as KPMG, Deloitte, FCB, Aditya Birla Capital, Mahindra and many others to provide structured mentoring and coaching to professionals from zero to fifteen years of experience. We also build custom learning journeys for management trainee cohorts, GenZ integration into the organisational culture and other leadership development needs.
MentorPark has a special focus on developing women leaders and runs specialised programs for women to go Above and Beyond. We also run a widespread internship program which helps connect the young of India to opportunities in the corporate world.
